Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, this yinzer grew up with crayon in hand from the moment I was able to hold one. 

After graduating from West Mifflin High School, I eventually moved on to continue my studies and interest in the arts at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh (when it still existed), where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design. Today I’m an illustrator, graphic designer, web/UX designer, painter, crafter, photographer, copywriter, or simply put – a creator.

I view art and design as an essential piece of the modern human experience. Though our work can at times be overlooked for the art it is, try to imagine a world without design; millions of businesses and companies branded with the same Times New Roman wordmark, books bound in dull grey covers, chaotic websites with jumbled content, and packaging that blends in with the product standing next in line.

We as designers help contribute to make the world more interesting, create individuality, and keep the public thinking from new and unexplored perspectives. It’s this almost “behind-the-scenes” aspect of enhancing our environment that I thrive on.
